Filters for a waxy stream

Q: What type of filtration would one use to remove fines from a waxy stream?

A: This is usually done with filter aids via plate filters, pressure-leaf filters, filter presses or automatic pressure filters, depending on how much you need to filter and, of course, the operating temperature, pressure and solids level. This also presumes that the waxy liquid is the product and the solids to be removed are disposed of. I need far more information to make a better recommendation.
