Emerson Process Management has acquired ISE Magtech, a manufacturer of level gages and associated equipment for industrial applications. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Emerson’s level measurement solutions in the oil & gas, refining, chemical, and power generation industries. Terms were not disclosed.

ISE Magtech’s Magnetic Level Gage coupled with the Rosemount Guided Wave Radar creates a complete liquid measurement solution by combining a local visual indication of level with a robust transmitter to support plant operators’ needs for visual and automated system monitoring.
