Brookfield Engineering Laboratories has launched www.textureanalysis.com, an informational website specifically focused on the science of texture analysis. It features exclusive, in-depth interviews with experts in the texture analysis industry and a Q&A section that answers specific customer questions.

The new website includes a library of educational articles dealing with food, packaging and pharmaceuticals and over two dozen application notes explaining established industry test procedures, methodology, and test results.

In addition, an expanding variety of fixtures, probes and jigs are presented in a downloadable brochure and video format. The brochure provides information regarding how custom fixtures can be developed for a customer’s specific application.

The resources tab features a texture glossary, a brief answer to the question “Why Measure Texture?” as well as useful links to additional texture-related sites.
