Honeywell has expanded its reliability and asset management solutions portfolio with the launch of the Asset Manager R400. The solution helps customers in traditional vertical sectors integrate all aspects of plant maintenance and operations.

Asset Manager R400 was designed to enable seamless integration with both Honeywell and third-party applications, such as IBM Maximo, to enable easier decision making, maintain asset integrity and support operations reliability. It also enables users from all levels of plant operations to collaborate effectively to determine how to address abnormal equipment condition and plan maintenance while assuring production dependability.

In addition, Honeywell’s OneWireless network technology, Experion Process Knowledge System and manufacturing execution system solutions allow interoperability between Honeywell and third-party products, potentially reducing customer risk.
