Unit Features UHT/HTST Processor With DSI

The compact HT220 includes a UHT/HTST processor, direct steam injection and homogenization for upstream or downstream, all contained in a single unit. The system enables trials with less than one to three liters of material, reducing the required number of ingredients, preparation time, startup time and processing time.

Products with high viscosities and small particulates can be heated or cooled with the system. The HT220 includes a range of holding times and temperature profiles. Data logging is stored onto a USB stick. The unit is self contained with an onboard, built-in steam boiler.  It features a simple plug-and-play design. Additional modules such as de-aeration and sterile filling can be added onto the system.
