Solar-Powered Pressure Gauge Eliminates Battery Replacement

Palmer Instruments announces the addition of a new solar-powered pressure gauge to its line of industrial temperature and pressure measurement solutions.  Suitable for those who prefer the readability of digital, the Palmer Solar Pressure Gauge has a 5/8-inch-high LCD screen. 

The built-in solar cell means batteries never need replacing. Models are available with or without 4-20 mA transmitter capability for connection to a remotely installed controller or recorder. The IP65 weatherproof rating makes this gauge suitable for exterior installations. Available in ranges from vacuum to 1,000 psi, as well as PSI, kPa.

The Palmer Solar Pressure Gauge is available with ¼-inch NPT or ½-inch NPT lower connection fittings.
