Higher Control-Valve Range Provide More Options For Various Applications

Spirax Sarco Inc. has launched Spira-Trol control valve range in 6-inch and 8-inch sizes and with more control options.

These valves are designed for easy maintenance and don't require any special tooling because of the clamp-in-seat design, with the potential to reduce downtime and cost of ownership.

The number of options has been extended to ensure the valve can be optimized for the specific requirements of a customer application. Pneumatic piston actuators have been added to the diaphragm and electric actuator ranges. The free-float design can provide the user with longer stem seal life and better valve shut-off performance. Also, the valve now features improved capacities and a balanced trim option for high differential pressures.
