Parkson recently opened its new Water Campus located in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
"The opening of the new Parkson Water Campus, with its headquarters facility and the associated water research facility is representative of a new era for Parkson Corp.," explained Zain Mahmood, president and CEO of Parkson. "With the recent expansion of the company into the world’s key markets, and the completion of this new Water Campus, Parkson is re-affirming its place on the world stage as the leading customer-centric, technology and solutions oriented organization in this age of enhanced water appreciation.
“To support our expansion goals in this new era of water, the Parkson team has been organized into four market-focused business units to align Parkson resources more precisely to the needs of its growing customer base. These units have been designated as: Municipal, Industrial and Systems, International, and Aftermarket Services. This is in addition to our Innovation and Technology Group, which is structured to focus on new product development.
“Earlier this year, Parkson Corporation opened its Center For Excellence for Process/Application Engineering. This provides us with a hub for training opportunities for Parkson engineers. We are pleased with what we have accomplished, but we look to the future with much excitement, because we think the future is quite bright.”
The new Parkson headquarters building is being reviewed as a candidate for LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
