    These organizations received recognition for new and innovative green chemistry technologies that reduce or eliminate the use and production of hazardous substances.

    The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced the winners of the 2023 Green Chemistry Challenge Awards on Oct. 23 for new and innovative green chemistry technologies. The EPA recognized organizations that have developed chemical products and processes that address significant environmental challenges, such as climate change, while also driving innovation and economic development.
