Aquila Industrial and Aquatech Partner to Produce Biological Wastewater Treatment

Feb. 25, 2013
Technologies covered by the agreement include aerobic treatment, upflow anaerobic sludge blanket, anaerobic sequencing batch reactor, anaerobic membrane bioreactor and the Purasand sand filter system.

Aqualia Industrial and Aquatech will collaborate to promote business opportunities using Aqualia Industrial’s biological treatment technologies for industrial applications, primarily the food and beverage market in North America.

Biological wastewater technologies covered by the agreement include aerobic treatment (activated sludge, sequencing batch reactor (SBR) and membrane bioreactor (MBR); anaerobic treatment), upflow anaerobic sludge blanket, anaerobic sequencing batch reactor, anaerobic membrane bioreactor and the Purasand sand filter system for treatment and purification of different types of wastewater.

SBR anaerobic biological batch reactors carry out static discharge separation, for which the discharge clarification is raised.
