Center For Polyurethanes Offers Hybrid Professional Development Program
May 24, 2022
The Center for the Polyurethanes Industry’s 2022 professional development program will be both in-person and online.
The American Chemistry Council’s Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI) announces a hybrid professional development program (PDP) for 2022. The hybrid PDP series will provide four of the PDP courses online and nine courses in-person, at CPI’s 2022 Polyurethanes Technical Conference in National Harbor, Md., October 3-5.
The virtual portion of the PDP will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the last two weeks of September. Registration is now open and attendees will be provided with all course materials for all the offered courses and recordings of the virtual courses. The new hybrid model is intended to provide access to those who are unable to join us physically at the conference and to help the series expand internationally.
“The PDP series is an excellent opportunity for individuals to expand their knowledge of polyurethane chemistry with courses led by subject-matter experts from all across the value chain,” says Lee Salamone, senior director, CPI, in a press release from the organization. “This hybrid series offers students a mix of opportunities for in-person interaction while continuing to expand the PDP’s international footprint by offering some courses virtually.”
