BASF to Supply FCC Catalysts to Shell

BASF and Shell have entered into a three-year agreement that will position BASF as a supplier of fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalysts to Shell’s global refining network, BASF said March 6. The agreement also includes collaborative activities designed to accelerate the introduction of new FCC catalyst technologies.

BASF will leverage its worldwide network of FCC expertise to provide technical service for Shell.
