The honor is given each year to an individual whose career is characterized by a legacy rich in accomplishment and positive influence in the industry he/she serves. The award acknowledges the recipient’s vision, style of management, and dedication to spurring excellence and innovative technology-based solutions for the community.

In 1998, Bolick joined Honeywell with more than 20 years of diverse business experience with a focus on semiconductor and manufacturing materials supply, global marketing and manufacturing strategies that support high-growth markets.
