Sterling Systems & Controls, Inc. announces its new ability to test various powders and other bulk solid materials. With more than 18,000 square feet of facility available, Sterling uses particle size reduction, feeding, dust collection and other process equipment to test bulk solids in static and pneumatic systems.

Testing bulk solid materials for density and flowability and other characteristics in bins and pneumatic systems is key to assisting Sterling Systems engineers in the effective custom engineering of weighing, batching, bulk bag handling and process control and automation systems for a wide variety of industries including feed mills, pet food manufacturing, food processing and production and rubber compounding.
