Bag Massaging System Offers Pneumatic Spout Clamping System

Material Transfer’s Flo-Master bag massaging system promotes consistent material flow, while the Seal-Master access chamber facilitates operator access to the bag spout. The Sure-Seal pneumatic spout clamping system ensures dust-tight operation. A Flo-Lock discharge gate halts material flow for partial bag discharge.

The unit features a surge hopper with level sensors, screw conveyor and C-I-P system. Integral load cells and PLC allow for controlled loss-in-weight operation. The unit includes clear acrylic guarding on three sides of equipment framework, and a load side light curtain for operator safety.
