Hydraulic Container Features Lift & Seal Capability

Material Transfer & Storage has introduced the Material Master hydraulic container dumping and filling system, designed to accept, seal, rotate, and discharge containers of material at 84 inches above floor level. Once filled, the unit's receiving hopper is then densified and ready for removal.

In addition to pivot carriage docks to filling station support frame that provide for a contaminant-free discharge, the Material Master system features tubular frame construction with continuous welds. Equipment includes flattened and expanded metal machine guarding with load side safety sensors. Units are custom designed for specific application requirements.
