Tuthill Vacuum & Blower Systems now offers a vertical flow dry screw vacuum pump available for industrial or process applications.

The KDS425 pump is suitable for industrial or process applications.The pump includes a vertical cantilever design; a process seal design with gas purge; a high nickel content rotor construction; no external seals; variable pitch and thermostatic temperature control.

In addition, relatively high internal pump temperatures keep vapor loads from condensing in the pump. Optional Xylan/Nitrocoat coatings help increase pump longevity in corrosive environments. Rotors can be replaced without the need of replacing or moving the entire machine.
