Waukesha Bearings Acquires Inpro/Seal

The acquisition of Inpro/Seal adds adjacent product lines to Waukesha’s market-leading bearing solutions.

Waukesha Bearings, an operating company of Dover Corp., acquired Inpro/Seal Co., a designer and manufacturer of bearing isolator technologies, effective Dec. 30, 2009. Inpro/Seal is based in Rock Island, Ill. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
