I penned the second story in our five-part series on workforce challenges. I learned a lot from the folks I spoke with for the story including the fact that diversity, equity and inclusion aren’t just warm-fuzzy buzzwords. There is concrete evidence that innovation and efficiency, as well as the bottom line, are bolstered when the workforce has myriad viewpoints to draw from.
