Thermal Runaway Program Tackles Identification And Mitigation Methods
March 16, 2011
Series features Chilworth process evaluation group manager Swati Umbrajkar as speaker.
Chillworth will present a training course on thermal runaway identification and mitigation strategies March 31 in Morrisville, N.C.
A second session will take place Nov. 11 in San Diego.
The one-day seminar presents research chemists and process engineers with workshops emphasizing critical areas of the subject. The course will also include the peripheral areas of reactive chemical hazards, such as safe powder drying and the ignition of flammable gases and vapors.
Seminar speaker Swati Umbrajkar manages Chilworth's Chemical Process Evaluation Group.
